Community, today I want to start a serious discussion before I go to bed. Many people get into futures trading chasing green candles and focus only on leverage, but almost nobody keeps an eye on the ADL (Auto-Deleveraging) indicator lights.
A lot of traders are finding themselves up +35% on short or long positions, feeling perfectly calm, when suddenly the system closes their trade. Why does this happen?
🧠 It’s not an app error. When the market becomes extremely volatile and the insurance funds can’t cover those who are losing, the system reduces risk by automatically liquidating the most profitable positions in the market to maintain stability.
In other words, you can be doing everything technically right and still get knocked out of the game by the rules!
