· How to understand it: The constant-product model spreads liquidity across all prices from 0 to infinity. For assets that should be exchangeable at a 1:1 ratio, most of that liquidity is effectively unusable.
· Note: Before swapping, check the proportions of each coin in the pool. If one coin's share is noticeably high, it is often seen as a sign that funds are selling off that coin.
