$MAGIC Real-time chart analysis
After that wick on $MAGIC , have we hit the bottom? Let’s talk about it.
First, let’s look at the chart.
MAGIC rolled all the way down from 0.146, with a low of 0.116.
There was barely any meaningful bounce along the way—it was pretty much a one-way beating.
The price is now moving sideways around 0.122.
Here’s what I think.
First, the drop was sharp, but it doesn’t feel like the sell-off is over yet.
Look at how it barely fought back and just kept drifting lower.
It’s holding steady for now, but the bounce is weak, which suggests buyers are still hesitant to step in.
Second, the 0.116 low is a key short-term level.
That wick just dipped below it and was immediately pulled back up.
That means there were buyers at that level, and at least in the short term, they don’t want it to break down.
But remember: holding once doesn’t mean it’ll hold a second time.
Third, the 0.128–0.13 area is a hurdle overhead.
The levels it fell through earlier have now turned into resistance.
If it bounces back up there, it’ll probably get pushed down again.
As for trading, my approach is simple:
Don’t rush to buy the dip.
If it retests around 0.116 and holds, you could try a small long position, with a stop-loss below 0.114 and a target of 0.128.
If it breaks straight through 0.116, stay out—the next stop is 0.11.
One last thing:
With a drop like this, the biggest danger is thinking, “It’s fallen so much, it has to bounce now.”
The market won’t go up just because you think it’s cheap.
If 0.116 holds, then we have something to talk about; if it doesn’t, we keep looking lower.#MAGIC/USDT
