#ethereumsurpasses2500usdt 📊 ETH just broke above $2,500 — here’s what my charts are telling me
I’ve been watching ETH closely this week, and its move above 2,500 USDT caught my attention for reasons beyond the price alone.
First, trading volume. This move came with a noticeable rise in spot trading volume compared with the choppy sideways action we’ve seen lately. That matters. Price moves without volume are traps — this move, however, was backed by real market activity.
Second, the ETH/BTC ratio has quietly stabilized after an extended decline. Nothing remarkable has happened yet, but the drop has stalled, and that’s often the first signal before any meaningful shift toward altcoins.
Third, on-chain data shows ETH reserves on exchanges continuing to decline. Less ETH held on exchanges generally means less readily available selling pressure. It’s not bullish on its own, but it adds useful context.
What I’m watching now:
→ Can $2,500 turn from resistance into support?
→ How will BTC dominance react from here?
→ Funding rates staying neutral = healthy movement so far
What I won’t do: chase green candles or call this the start of a massive bull run. One breakout doesn’t make a trend.
