Bought for 14 straight weeks, then the streak broke
U.S. Solana spot ETFs saw nearly $25 million in net outflows last week, ending a 14-week inflow streak.
It was the biggest week of outflows since launch, with money flowing out every day. Most of it came from Bitwise’s fund.
Just two weeks earlier, more than $180 million flowed in over a single week. Money came in fast and left just as fast.
Still, that’s not much compared with the overall market, and SOL is up slightly today.
I’m inclined to think it’s money that chased the rally earlier getting out—not big investors all pulling out at once.
If flows turn positive again this week, I’ll call it a shakeout. If outflows continue every day, I won’t take the $SOL rebound seriously.
