Today's Web3 fund flow hotspots

ARB open interest rose 8.33%, while APT's increased 2.59%. Both prices are rising—which one has fiercer long-short battles?

The rebounds look similar, but the positioning is different.

APT rose 6.74% over the latest 24 hours, with around $132 million in futures trading volume and a 2.59% increase in OI.

ARB rose 5.89%, but its OI increased 8.33%, while its funding rate remains slightly negative.

At first glance, ARB seems to have more momentum.

But there's an easy trap to fall into here: rising OI means new positions are being opened on both sides. It doesn't mean all the new capital is going long.

A rising price, rising OI, and stronger aggressive buying together make it easier to judge whether bulls are driving the move.

🔮 What I'm watching:

For APT, I'm watching to see whether OI continues to rise after a breakout above 0.930.

For ARB, I'm watching to see whether it can hold above around 0.200 on increased volume, and whether the funding rate and aggressive trading improve in tandem.

BNB is consolidating around $753 and will serve for now as a secondary indicator of market risk appetite.

Tonight, what I really want to see isn't who prints another big bullish candle.

It's whether capital sticks around after the rally.

Some moves are propped up by news; others speak through positioning. The latter are worth watching more closely.
