#Bitcoin started the new week with a strong recovery toward $84,000, attracting fresh long entries. However, BTC is now facing rejection around $84,000 to $84,200, raising the possibility of a short term pullback before the next major move.
MY MARKET VIEW
BTC may first move lower to shake out late long positions and trigger leveraged long liquidations before attempting another recovery. Recent derivatives data also showed bullish positioning, while liquidation heatmap estimates highlighted potential liquidity near $82,200.
KEY LEVELS TO WATCH
Resistance: $84,000 to $84,200
Upside liquidity: Around $84,684
Immediate support: $83,000
Potential liquidation sweep: $82,800 to $82,200
Deeper downside risk: $81,000 to $80,000
THE PLAN
If BTC loses $83,000, a move toward $82,800 to $82,200 becomes possible. I will watch for a liquidity sweep, long liquidations, and a strong reclaim of support.
If BTC reclaims $83,400 to $84,000 and breaks above $84,200 with confirmation, the next recovery toward higher liquidity becomes more likely.
If BTC breaks below $82,200 and fails to reclaim it, the bullish sweep theory weakens, and further downside remains possible.
IMPORTANT:Do not blindly short the dip or chase a long candle. Watch price action, open interest, funding rates, liquidation data, and volume before entering.
My current bias is a possible short term dump first, followed by a potential recovery, but confirmation is essential. A liquidity sweep does not guarantee another pump.
