The P2P Radar for October 11, 2026 (14:00 UTC) paints an uncomfortable but useful picture: the USDT/VES market has 251 active offers and high bank availability, but when you open the live P2P order book, volume is no longer evenly distributed. The traffic light shows two opposing scores: liquidity 95 and depth 45. This analysis explains why both can be true at the same time.

📊 The scorecard: 69/100, yellow, with two takeaways

The traffic-light indicator ended at 69 points, in the yellow (“Moderate caution”) zone. Its metrics are not a verdict; they are a guide to what to look at:

• Liquidity: 95/100.

• Bank availability: 95/100.

• Exchange health: 95/100. Data freshness: 100/100 (0 minutes delayed).

• Volatility: 80/100. Premium: 75/100. External signal: 60/100.

• Depth: 45/100.

• Spread: 20/100.

Fact: there are many offers. Interpretation: there are offers, but not all of them are accessible for every trade size. The low depth score is the warning that often goes unnoticed.

📈 Liquidity, depth, and actionable spread are not the same thing

Liquidity counts participants. The opportunity engine reports 251 listings: 91 buy and 160 sell, across Banesco, Pago Móvil, Banco de Venezuela, Mercantil, BANK, Bancamiga, Provincial, BNC, and “Other method”.

Depth measures how much volume each price level can absorb. The aggregated book shows 288,621.68 USDT on the buy side and 84,158.21 USDT on the sell side, with a 54.85% imbalance in favor of buyers.

Actionable spread is the gap between prices you can actually execute at: the best bid is 1,011.6 Bs and the best ask is 1,013.8 Bs—that is, 2.2 Bs (0.22%), with a mid-price of 1,012.7.

Note: the traffic-light indicator reports an aggregated spread of 46.83 Bs (4.79%) between 1,024.3777 and 977.5524 Bs, the Radar’s displayed price. These are different definitions—an aggregated reference price versus the live order book—and they explain much of the 20/100 score. This snapshot of the book includes only Binance and other platforms.

🔎 A single order accounts for a third of the buy side

The most striking figure in the book: an order for 96,776.66 USDT at 1,008 Bs on other platforms, from a single merchant using the “Other method”. That amount equals 33.5% of all visible volume on the buy side.

But its minimum limit is 9,677.67 USDT, worth more than 9.7 million bolívares at the book’s exchange rate. For a small trade, that volume is nominal: it exists, it is visible, but it cannot be taken.

The pattern repeats. Of the 288,621.68 USDT on the buy side, around 173,493.80 USDT (60.1%) is subject to minimums of 1,000 USDT or more. The top of the book is thin: the best bid (1,011.6) supports only 10,579.43 USDT, and the best ask (1,013.8) just 1,004.1 USDT.

💰 Min/max limits filter volume before price

The 1,014 Bs level is the most accessible on the sell side: 24,279.69 USDT spread across 8 merchants and 7 different banks, with limits ranging from 7.74 to 8,063.03 USDT. Here, volume does come with a variety of counterparties.

By contrast, the 1,013.99 Bs level has 14,539.06 USDT across 4 merchants, but the maximum per offer is 5,984.06 USDT: to take the full amount, you have to transact with several counterparties. And at the 1,009.6 Bs level, there are 30,000.06 USDT across just 2 merchants, with a cap of 22,300.06 USDT.

On the sell side, three levels (1,013.8 / 1,013.99 / 1,014) account for close to 68% of the depth. On the buy side, the first three levels barely reach 14.3%: volume is more dispersed and farther from the top of the book.

🛡️ Displayed spread versus executable spread

Taking 25,000 USDT from the sell side means moving through three levels (1,013.8 → 1,014.0), resulting in an average price close to 1,013.99, just 0.13% above the mid. Price slippage is low.

The real friction lies elsewhere: the entire visible sell book totals 84,158.21 USDT, so trading 50,000 USDT would consume close to 59% of that depth. That is where the 45/100 score stops being a technical detail and becomes a cost, a time burden, and a dependence on a few merchants.
