A few sentences to explain stablecoin swap pools:
The StableSwap curve behaves approximately like a constant-sum curve (x + y = k) when prices are near 1:1; the further prices move from 1:1, the more the curve resembles a constant-product curve.
When a stablecoin in the pool becomes cheaper, arbitrageurs buy it to profit from the price difference, helping bring the pool back toward balance.
Before swapping, it’s worth checking the proportions of each coin in the pool. An unusually high proportion of one coin is often seen as a sign that funds are selling it off.
