Why is slippage so low when swapping between stablecoins?
The StableSwap curve is close to a constant sum (x + y = k) when the price is near 1:1. The farther it moves from 1:1, the closer the curve gets to a constant product.
When a stablecoin in the pool seems relatively cheap, arbitrageurs swap it out to profit from the price difference, while bringing the pool back toward balance.
$CRV is Curve’s governance token. Locking it lets you participate in voting. Current price: 0.3576.
Don’t follow along just because everyone around you is doing it.

This is purely my personal opinion, not a basis for buying or selling.
