【Top Crypto Traders’ Key Takes Today | ETH, October 10】

Today, the key question for ETH isn’t whether it has “already reversed,” but how it moves within the 2400–2550 range.

1. Daan Crypto Trades (@DaanCrypto), original view: After testing 2800, ETH fell back into the previous consolidation range. 2400 has held, while 2550 is another key short-term level. Moving between 2400 and 2550 would simply mean returning to the previous range.

2. Cheds Trading (@BigCheds), original view: ETH has formed a higher low on the 4-hour chart and is testing a flip of the EMA 8. In other words, the short-term structure is showing signs of recovery, but this is not yet confirmation of a reversal.

3. Josh Olszewicz (@CarpeNoctom), original view: COT data shows that commercial traders’ net short positions in ETH have decreased, but remain net short. Short-side pressure has eased, but that doesn’t mean it has disappeared.

The editor’s analysis based on live market data: Binance ETHUSDT spot is around 2493, with a 24-hour high of 2521 and a low of 2474; the futures mark price is around 2491, the funding rate is 0.00001880, and open interest is 2348687 ETH. I have just one base-case scenario: as long as 2400 holds, view ETH as recovering within its range. Only after it reclaims 2550 would it make sense to look toward the supply zone around 2850. A break below 2400 that fails to recover invalidates this scenario.

Risk warning: This is neither a high-confidence long signal nor a recommendation to copy trades. Price can easily sweep stops in either direction between 2400 and 2550, and high leverage magnifies fees, slippage, and liquidation risk.

Are you watching to see whether ETH reclaims 2550 first, or whether 2400 gets tested again?
