Bitcoin Hyper has extended its HYPER token presale until Q2 2027 without giving a specific closing date. The sale opened in May 2025, 17 months before the announcement, and its launchpad reports over $31 million raised. The extension would stretch fundraising to nearly two years or longer.

The project cited remaining development work, optimization, polishing, audits, and testing. Several replies on X accused it of running a scam or prolonging fundraising to collect more money. One account called for collective legal action, while another welcomed the update as transparency.

Alongside the delay, Bitcoin Hyper announced a gradual testnet rollout, describing it as “even better news.”

Its October 8 website update shared the RPC endpoint used to communicate with the testing network. An explorer is planned for week two, a wallet for week three, and a faucet supplying test tokens for week four. A bridge connecting Bitcoin Hyper, Ethereum, Solana, and Bitcoin is scheduled for week five, followed by a staking dashboard in week six.

The project also warns that $HYPER tokens already deployed on Ethereum and Solana are worthless test versions. They are not the future official token, which Bitcoin Hyper says it will launch separately after its token generation event.
