The wild swings have been exhausting, and it’s now sitting at 93% of that range. Looking at the past hour, volume was 2.01 times the full-day average, but the price rose just 1.77%. Even over four hours, it’s only up 10.73%. Volume keeps piling up, but the price clearly isn’t budging. Three hours ago, when I mentioned it, it was up 97.6%; now it’s at 110%. The numbers are still climbing, but this last stretch at the top is proving tough. High volume at the highs with little price movement—are buyers building up momentum, or is someone selling into the hype? The data only tells us that volume and price aren’t lining up.
