📉 Risk management, today’s lesson: several small stop-losses are worth more than an “all-in.”

Example using $BTC from just now:

Price: $83,151 | Support (weekly low): $80,394 | Resistance: $87,220

Example account: $1,000. Rule: risk 1% per trade = $10.

Entry: $83,151. TECHNICAL stop below support: $80,300 (not at some arbitrary round number). Risk per BTC: $2,851.

Position size: $10 ÷ $2,851 = 0.0035 BTC (~$292). Position size is calculated based on risk, not guesswork.

Check the risk/reward ratio before entering: target at resistance $87,220 → reward $4,069 vs. risk $2,851 = 1:1.4. Minimum required: 1:2. ❌ Trade rejected. Preserving capital is strategy #1.

The painful math: losing 10% requires +11% to recover; losing 50% in an all-in requires +100%. Ten small stop-losses keep you in the game; one all-in takes you out of it.
