The Opinions call for the comprehensive implementation of the “AI Plus” initiative; using AI to transform traditional industries; and accelerating the application of next-generation smart devices, including intelligent connected new energy vehicles, AI-powered phones and computers, and humanoid robots. They also call for accelerating innovation in AI and other digital and intelligent technologies, making breakthroughs in basic theory and core technologies, and strengthening the efficient supply of computing power, algorithms, and data. Based on local conditions and tailored to different industries, the Opinions call for establishing national pilot bases for industrial AI applications and developing high-value application scenarios, while vigorously promoting the use of AI across industries. They also call for establishing systems for technology monitoring, risk alerts, and emergency response to ensure that AI is safe, reliable, and controllable.
