Trading cryptocurrencies is a battlefield without gunfire. The fluctuations of the candlestick charts are money in motion. Don’t use funds that affect your life to trade crypto. I have a little brother who, when I first met him, was humble and cautious. In the middle of the night he sent me voice messages asking about KDJ, MACD, and MA lines. I taught him some very basic fundamentals. He treated it like a priceless treasure and thought he was invincible and bound to win. He opened positions with heavy leverage. In 3 months, he turned 20,000 into 80,000. I repeatedly tried to stop him, but to no avail. Instead, he sent me screenshots of his profits and told me that my liquidations had blown away my ambition, saying I was too conservative and so on. Tell me, for a college graduate, is it easy to find a job? After making tens of thousands in a short time, he boldly quit his job and wanted to become a full-time crypto trader. Then on October 11 last year, when the market crashed, he sent me voice messages and his voice was trembling. The market gave that kid a hard lesson. When it’s time to take profit, take profit. Going all in is not suitable for the crypto world. Before you step into this circle, you should leave yourself at least 1-2 fallback plans. There are risks in entering the market.
I personally, when trading, mainly use two take-profit methods:
1. Either take profit on the entire position and lock in all gains.
2. If I’m optimistic about further profit and want to take a bigger shot, I close half the position, move the stop-loss to breakeven, and use the profits to pursue more upside. Even if it comes back to my entry price, the trade loses nothing, and I still leave with profit.@渔歌趋势 #ETH
