There shouldn’t be any lasting effects; this is just a normal pullback. Ethereum rose from $1,500 to $2,800, nearly doubling, so a $400 drop is perfectly normal. Bitcoin is doing okay—the main issue is that Ethereum rose too much. As for altcoins that have fallen a lot, that’s an even stronger signal that a rally is starting. The more a coin tries to shake you out, the more likely something is about to happen. So when Ethereum rises later, I think we’ll see the same pattern: near the bottom, as it starts to rise, it’ll dip a little more, making people think there’s another wick down coming, then shoot straight back up in a V. Don’t buy or sell in extremes. People who expect lower lows whenever prices fall and higher highs whenever they rise are all extremists and fair-weather followers. They’ll never succeed.
