When ETH fell to $2,420 in the early hours, its 28,720 ETH long position was liquidated, resulting in a loss of $4.48 million. Half an hour after the liquidation, the whale deposited 10 million USDC as margin and reopened a long position of 9,580 ETH at $2,428, worth $23.26 million.
