BTC has shown a daily-chart divergence, and ETF flow data is also showing outflows. This should be confirmation of a daily-level pullback, but there are two questions:
1. Will the market makers keep acting against human nature? For example, when the first divergence appeared, the price didn’t actually fall; it stayed near the top for quite a while before the drop came!
2. When should we buy back in during the pullback?
3. If BTC pulls back, how badly will altcoins fall?
But remember: as long as the daily chart doesn’t fall below the previous low of 57,000, that’s a sign that the bear market is officially over! A decline means completely different things at different stages!
As for a short-term pullback, that’s normal and part of a healthy trend.
The coins to focus on next (from a long-term perspective, these all have healthy fundamentals and trends. Short-term price movements can be hard to predict, but over the long term, they should rise along with the development of the industry as a whole!)
Tier 1: BTC, ETH, HYPE, SOL, BNB (in order of my preference)
Tier 2: UNI, PUMP, LIT, etc. (They lack sufficient competitive moats or have historical baggage, so they don’t quite make the Tier 1 list, but they currently have good potential.)
Tier 3: (These include some coins that I think could see huge gains in the future, but they’re harder to assess. You need to weigh various factors, and the difficulty and risk are high, so after thinking it over, I’ve decided not to list them here.)
