When it comes to liquidation data, first look at who’s being forced out.

$XAG Long positions were the first to get wiped out. Whether the rebound can hold depends on whether trading volume picks up.

$Lobster 15m: Long liquidations are significantly higher than short liquidations, indicating that leveraged long positions are being forced to exit.

$BILL Most of the positions wiped out were longs. The higher liquidations are as a share of trading volume, the more directly they impact prices during that period.

Leveraged longs were flushed out first; for prices to recover, buying pressure needs to return.
