$MOVR jumps 3.8% in 15m on 3.4x volume — real accumulation or just another bearish-trend trap?

My bias is cautiously bullish for a tactical long, but this is still a counter-trend setup. The explosive 15m move and 3.4x volume spike show strong buying interest, while the 1h and weekly structures remain bearish. Until MOVR reclaims 2.111, I would treat this rally as a short-term opportunity rather than a confirmed trend reversal.

The key is not to chase the pump.

Watch the 1.845–1.807 demand zone for a potential pullback. A liquidity sweep followed by a bullish engulfing candle, SFP, or lower-timeframe market structure shift would provide much stronger confirmation that buyers are absorbing supply.

Trading setup:

- Entry zone: 1.845–1.807 on confirmation
- TP1: 1.971
- TP2: 2.038
- TP3: 2.135
- Extended target: 2.213
- Stop protection: below 1.755
- Setup invalidation: 1h close below 1.807
- Major trend flip: 1h close above 2.111

A strong reclaim of 1.950 with expanding buy volume would strengthen the bullish case. Above 2.111, MOVR could finally shift from counter-trend bounce to a more sustainable bullish reversal.

Flow data also deserves attention: OI is down 11.9% to $8.7M, funding is negative at -0.0304%, while taker flow remains positive at 1.10x. That combination suggests buyers are pressing into the move while some short positioning remains in the market.

Best approach: wait for the pullback, demand confirmation, and manage risk tightly. No FOMO.

This is a scalp-to-short-term setup while BTC and the broader trend remain bearish.
