$CAP OI accounts for 26% of market cap and ranks sixth on the gainers list. At this price, I’m not chasing. The current price is 0.08817; I’ll wait for a pullback near 0.083 before going long. If it falls below 0.0785, I’ll admit I’m wrong and get out.

First, the outlook: the bullish trend is still intact, but the current price isn’t worth chasing. I’m waiting for a pullback to go long. Here are three reasons.

First, leverage is too high. Market cap is 136M, OI is 36M, and the ratio is 26%. The contract has only been listed for 101 days. This kind of setup can rise fast, but it can reverse just as quickly—and if you get the direction wrong, volatility magnifies the damage. OI doesn’t determine direction, but it determines how much it hurts when you’re wrong.

Second, longs are crowded. The funding rate is +0.03%, which is positive, so longs are paying. The account long-short ratio is 1.6015, and the top-trader position ratio is 1.6688. Retail traders and large traders are both leaning long. When everyone agrees on the bullish side, there’s no opposing crowd ready to absorb the selling. Whoever is paying the protection premium is the first to let go. When a pullback comes, leveraged positions are the first to run.

Third, chasing now leaves too little upside relative to the risk. Daily RSI7 is already 77.8, and 4h RSI7 is 68.2. The daily EMA5/25/60 are correctly aligned bullishly, but the current price is nowhere near the 4h EMA5 (0.0862) or daily EMA5 (0.0792). If you chase now, your stop-loss has to be set far away, which makes the risk-reward unattractive. BTC is down 1.81%, and the overall market is down 4.22%. $CAP showing strength against the trend deserves respect, but an isolated rally has no support when the tide turns. I won’t be the last one holding the bag.

So I’m not paying up at 0.088. I’ll only go long if there’s buying support on a pullback to 0.083. 0.0785 is the invalidation level below the daily EMA5. If it breaks, I’m out—no getting carried away.

Direction: Wait for a pullback, then go long
Entry reference: Enter near 0.083 only if the pullback finds support
Stop-loss: 0.0785; if it breaks, admit I’m wrong and exit
Take profit 1: 0.0945, the first trim level below the previous high
Take profit 2: 0.099, approaching the previous high at 0.1; keep some powder dry

The higher the leverage piles up, the more panicked the first ones to let go will be.

Would you go long on a pullback to 0.083, or admit the bullish case is wrong if it breaks below 0.0785? Pick one.
