I've always felt that for money to rotate within semiconductors, the leader has to genuinely falter—not just catch its breath before charging ahead again.
$INTC, $AVGO , and a few other semiconductor names could indeed attract buying, but as long as $NVDA is still leading, money rushes right back into that proven name as soon as it turns around, and catch-up trades often stall on the spot.
