A chance to get in before it’s clear who won.
Just a few days ago, SUI was trading above $1.25.
Now it’s around $1.14.
And the most interesting part: this is happening right during Basecamp 2026—the event where Sui is showcasing new products, its AI/agentic finance direction, and making another attempt to demonstrate the network’s enormous throughput. (sui.io)
So we have a pretty interesting situation:
there’s a catalyst → the price pulled back → the market is nervous.
These are the kinds of setups I like to trade.
Right now, I wouldn’t focus on the question, “Will SUI go up or down?”
I’d be watching $1.10–1.12.
If this area gives way and no buyers step in, the next good opportunity could be lower down.
But if the price reaches that area, gets bought up quickly, and volume starts rising, that’s a completely different story.
Then I’d be looking for a move back to $1.20–1.25, and after a decisive breakout above that zone, there’d be room for a move significantly higher.
And there’s one more thing.
SUI has already shown that it can move very quickly: in the week before today’s correction, it gained more than 20%. (CryptoTicker.io)
So I wouldn’t try to guess the exact bottom.
I’m more interested in catching the moment when the market itself shows:
“Yes, there really is a buyer here.”
That’s when the trade becomes much more interesting.
SUI is currently on my watchlist.
Not because it’s a “good project.”
Because here we have volatility, liquidity, an event, and very clear zones where the market could make a decision—all at the same time.
And that makes it much more interesting for a trader.
