ETH bulls are building up strength—is this the last golden buying opportunity before the Glamsterdam upgrade?

Guys, $ETH has been grinding around 2697, and it’s frustrating to watch, but I actually think this is an opportunity.

Looking at the charts: over the past hour, the 15-minute candles have seen lows rise from 2696 to 2697 and highs climb from 2698 to 2700. Price is holding firm above the key 2695 level. The 4-hour chart is up 0.21%. Although trading volume has fallen 48.65%, this is low-volume consolidation, not a sell-off.

The news is what really matters. Ethereum’s Glamsterdam upgrade has launched on the Sepolia testnet, one of the most important rehearsals before mainnet activation, with a focus on efficiency and scalability. More importantly, major validator clients rushed out software updates just hours before testing began. This upgrade aims to raise the compute limit to 200 million gas per block. This pace of technical progress shows that the core team is stepping up its efforts.

My reasoning is simple: upgrade expectations + key support holding = an attractive risk-reward for bulls. Resistance is at 2705, support at 2690. If 2690 breaks, I’ll admit I’m wrong and exit. At this level, the risk-reward looks favorable.

Don’t wait for it to rally before chasing. With a frustrating, slow-moving market like $ETH , the move often starts just when you’re about to lose patience.

Just my personal opinion; this is not investment advice.
