Gold futures rose during the
European session

- Gold futures rose during the European session on Tuesday.
According to the Comex division of the New York Mercantile Exchange, December gold futures traded at USD4,203.87 per ounce at the time of writing, up 1.13%.

They had previously traded as high as USD4,207.90 per ounce during the session. Gold may find support at USD4133.09 and resistance at USD4259.00.

The US Dollar Index, which measures the performance of the US currency against a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.31% to trade at USD101.62.
