StablecoinX is a U.S.-listed company focused on the Ethena ecosystem. It completed a merger with SPAC company TLGY on June 25 and began trading on Nasdaq on June 26 under the ticker USDE. The company provides Ethena-related infrastructure, software, and USDe distribution services, and holds approximately 3 billion $ENA , or about 20% of the total ENA supply. The ticker USDE and Ethena’s synthetic dollar USDe have similar names, but buying this stock does not mean you own USDe.

Binance Futures will launch the USDEXUSDT USDⓈ-M perpetual contract at 17:00 (UTC+8) on October 6. The underlying asset is StablecoinX Class A common stock; Binance Futures displays the ticker as USDEX (Nasdaq ticker: USDE). The contract is settled in USDT, offers up to 20x leverage, and trades 24/7. Funding fees are settled every eight hours, with a range of ±2%. In the same batch, VKTXUSDT (Viking Therapeutics), MCDUSDT (McDonald’s), and AKAMUSDT (Akamai) will launch in sequence at 17:05, 17:10, and 17:15. As of 18:53 on October 6, USDEXUSDT was trading at approximately 14.24 USDT, slightly below its opening price of 14.45.

These TradFi perpetual contracts track U.S. stock prices and can still be traded while U.S. markets are closed; their prices may diverge from Nasdaq quotes after the market opens. USDEX’s share price is also highly correlated with the $ENA price and the USDe supply. Liquidity may be limited when new contracts first launch, and both leverage and funding fees can amplify volatility.
