Bitcoin ETFs Are Bleeding, but BlackRock Is Still Buying

U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs saw combined net outflows of about $89.9 million on Monday (October 5). The biggest drags were ARK’s ARKB, with about $85.21 million in outflows, and Fidelity’s FBTC, with about $74.5 million. BlackRock’s IBIT was the only one buying against the trend, with inflows of about $69.85 million.

The price hasn’t really followed them down. Bitcoin is now around 85,878 on Binance spot, down just 0.2% over 24 hours, with a low of 84,972—basically holding around the 85,000 level.

Here’s the contrast: last week, these ETFs still saw combined net inflows of about $241 million, marking a third consecutive positive week. But that was almost entirely thanks to BlackRock, while the others kept seeing outflows. Money is concentrating in one fund, not leaving across the board.

I’ll keep holding my spot position without chasing or selling, and wait for flows to turn positive again before considering adding.
