Rate hike odds plunge to 17% after a surprisingly weak jobs report; before the U.S. stock market opens, consider placing premarket limit orders for Binance’s $QQQB and $NVDAB

At 22:00 tonight, the U.S. September services PMI is due to be released. With nonfarm payrolls rising by just 29,000, signaling a cooldown, anyone watching $QQQB and $NVDAB on Binance should work out the spread before the market opens.

Nonfarm payrolls rose by just 29,000, and unemployment was 4.2%, sending the odds of a rate hike straight down to 17%. Trading activity in Binance bStocks order books remains lively: $NVDAB spot trading volume reached 3.15 million USDT over 24 hours, with the order book showing $235.35; the Nasdaq token $QQQB saw 1.56 million USDT in 24-hour trading volume and was priced at $748.37.

Trading bStocks on Binance uses spot trading, with USDT deducted directly—no need to deal with USD wire transfers—and Convert has no fees. But I just checked the order book in the app: the U.S. market hasn’t officially opened yet, and market makers’ two-sided premarket spreads are around 0.5% to 0.8%. If you buy 5,000 USDT worth at market, the spread alone could cost you thirty dollars on entry—not a great deal.

During the first ten minutes or so after the U.S. market opens, tech stocks often swing sharply, and market orders can easily suffer slippage. Placing limit orders in the order book and buying in batches is much better value than chasing the market with market orders. Wait until 21:30, when U.S. stocks begin regular trading and market-maker spreads narrow to around 0.1%, before making larger trades; your position’s cost basis will be much lower.
