Bitcoin ends an intense week again around $85K–$86K, after defending the $82K–$83K area and reaching roughly $86.9K
What’s interesting is that #BTC managed to withstand a complicated macro scenario and now is facing again the level that could determine its next major move:
🎯 $87,000
🇺🇸 The Fed stops being the main problem
One of the biggest week-over-week changes came from the United States.
The country added only 29,000 jobs in September, while the estimated probability of another 25 bp Fed rate hike in October fell to about 18%–23%, after having been above 60% the week before.
This significantly reduces one of the main risks Bitcoin was facing.
But a contradiction appeared.
🛢️ Oil remains elevated.
📈 Treasury yields are still under pressure.
🏦 BTC ETFs lost momentum.
In other words:
Fed pressure ↓, but the risk of bonds, oil, and institutional liquidity remains elevated.
ETFs lose momentum
After approximately +$2.4B in ETF inflows of #Bitcoin during the previous week, momentum has eased considerably and negative sessions appeared.
Institutions haven’t disappeared, but they clearly **stopped accelerating**.
#Ethereum also lost institutional momentum, while the #Solana ETFs went from roughly $188M the week before to just $2.4M this week.
🔥 What does Bitcoin need to confirm the breakout?
It wouldn’t be enough anymore to just touch $87K again.
The really important signal would be:
#BTC breaks $87K → closes above → retests $87K → the level holds as support.
If it happens along with a recovery in the ETFs and stabilization in Treasury yields, the next levels that would come onto the radar would be:
🚀 **$90K**
🎯 **$95K–$97K**
But if Bitcoin is rejected again and loses the $83K, the risk of returning to $80K–$81K would increase significantly.
🌐 Meanwhile, something big is happening behind the price
Institutional regulation continues to move forward.
🇺🇸 SEC → new proposal for crypto custody.
🇬🇧 United Kingdom → opens applications for authorization.
🇸🇬 Singapore → moves forward with stablecoin regulation.
🇧🇷 Brazil → develops infrastructure for tokenized securities.
This reinforces one of the most important narratives heading into the end of 2026:
Custody + stablecoins + tokenization + regulated blockchain financial markets.
The price still needs confirmation, but institutional infrastructure continues to develop.
📊 Crypto Sentiment: 68/100
⚠️ Risk Level: 77/100
🎯 Decisive BTC level: $87K
Will Bitcoin finally turn the $87K into support, or will we see another rejection toward $83K? 👇
