Saylor says he will never publicly disclose his holdings address—yet Arkham directly uncovered 78% of his coins🔍

On October 1, Arkham updated its Strategy holdings tracker:
1. On-chain labeled wallets: about $40.3 billion in BTC
2. Fidelity custody labeled portion: about $15.5 billion
3. Total about $55.78 billion, accounting for 78% of the Strategy’s total $71.4 billion BTC holdings
4. The dashboard shows about 478,199 BTC, spread across about 1,600 addresses

You should know Saylor previously stated clearly that he would never publish addresses. Arkham first identified 97% of the holdings as early as May 2025.

My take: this is a double-edged sword for retail investors. The upside is that the market gains a real-time radar—Strategy is the world’s largest corporate Bitcoin whale, and every move will be interpreted immediately, making sentiment more transparent. The downside is that 78% being visible also means the other 22% is still hidden in the dark, and "addresses being exposed" is completely different from "wanting to sell." Never treat tracking data as a buy/sell signal. For BTC, the more exposed the largest institutional holdings are, the more short-term sentiment swings may be amplified.

Do you think having whale addresses publicly watched is good or bad for the market?
