3. Trading Psychology & Discipline: Avoid Over-Trading 🛡️📉

(To remind you of best practices)
Title: 🛡️️ The over-trading trap at the end of the afternoon.

Content:

Fatigue sets in, and the urge to "make up for the day" or "not miss the move" starts to creep in... That’s often when the biggest mistakes happen. Over-trading (trading too often) is one of the main enemies of profitability.

💡 My anti-over-trading checklist:

A plan, a trade: Does this trade fit into my original strategy, or is it an impulse driven by FOMO?

Quality > Quantity: Is it better to make 5 trades with a 50% success rate, or 1 well-prepared trade with an 80% chance of success?

Stop-Loss is my friend: Did I set my Stop-Loss and Take-Profit before entering the position?

Accept the loss: Sometimes, the best trade is not making one. Accepting to cut a losing position is a sign of discipline, not weakness.

Breathe, step back, and calmly prepare for tomorrow. 🧘‍♂️
