🚨 ETHEREUM HAS A BIG TEST COMING IN 4 DAYS
Ethereum’s next major upgrade, Glamsterdam, is moving into another important stage.
The Sepolia testnet activation is scheduled for October 6 at 13:53:36 UTC. The upgrade includes enshrined proposer-builder separation (ePBS) and block-level access lists, both aimed at improving Ethereum’s Layer-1 scaling and execution efficiency.
And here’s the part I wouldn’t ignore:
Mainnet is NOT scheduled yet. Ethereum’s official announcement says the Hoodi and mainnet activation dates are still TBD, while the broader roadmap currently targets Glamsterdam for Q4 2026.
There’s also a fresh Ethereum Foundation development: zkAPI is now running on Ethereum mainnet, using zero-knowledge proofs for private payments for metered APIs.
