In the same transaction, others get a 25% discount on fees while you pay full price for years— the only difference is a switch.

Binance has a low-key setting: use BNB to deduct trading fees. It’s simple to enable:
1️⃣ First, keep a bit of BNB in your Spot Wallet (if your balance isn’t enough, the system will still charge the full fee at the original rate)
2️⃣ Account Center → Settings → BNB Discount, turn on “Pay trading fees with BNB”
3️⃣ You can also go to the Spot trading page and tap → Open

Effect: for regular users, the Spot fee rate 0.1% → 0.075%, saving 25% directly; for contract takers, 0.05% → 0.045%, saving 10%; and it can also stack with VIP tier fee discounts. For high-frequency, small-amount traders, the savings accumulated over a year really isn’t small.

I think this is Binance’s most low-profile money-saving setting: you don’t need to change any trading habits—just flip a switch and it stays on long-term. The trade-off is you need to tie up some BNB in your Spot Wallet; if BNB drops sharply on a certain day, the fiat value of the deducted amount will also take a hit. People who post orders and provide market making already need to buy BNB to reach VIP tiers—so turning this on is a no-brainer.
