$TIA —Leverage positions added more than ten percent in a single day. Funding rate is close to the 21st period with zero times hitting the maximum limit—large accounts are locking in roughly a 4x increase in their position ratio while “quietly” accumulating. The short-term moving averages are still arranged bearish and haven’t been corrected yet.

Current price is about 0.466 (24h +4.8%), with a high of 0.472 and a low of 0.421. 4H: BB(20,2) mid band 0.443 / upper band 0.463 / lower band 0.422, %B≈1.07; price has already broken out above the upper band. EMA12 at 0.443 is still below EMA26 at 0.450 and EMA50 at 0.453 (gap about −0.006). MACD(12,26,9): DIF −0.0064 / DEA −0.0086 / histogram +0.0021; this 4H candle has flipped from negative to positive.

The contract positioning is even more tightly wound: OI volume +10.7% in 24h and +30.0% over 7 days. Large-account L/S is about 4.08 (longs about 80%), while retail is only 1.15 (about 54% longs). The gap is 2.92. The funding rate’s 21-period average is about 0.0031% (rough annualized ~3.4%), with 0 times hitting the max limit. The basis is about −4.4bp.

Structurally, it’s swinging: high 0.514 → 0.470 → 0.461 → 0.458 forms a lower high sequence. This morning it first dumped down to a lower low at 0.421, then bounced back. For resistance, first watch 0.472–0.480, then the prior high area at 0.514. For support, look at the BB mid band and the moving-average cluster at 0.443–0.453; if it fails, the bias is that a 4H close below 0.421 would be the invalidation.

Positions are being aggressively added, funding isn’t hot, and the moving-average trend still hasn’t turned—this could be the real breakout after a quiet overcrowded buildup, or we could see a move back to refill the moving-average cluster before discussing direction. Both readings can still hold for now.
