As always on every Friday, hours before the weekly market close, Mr. Trump issues violent remarks that move the markets downward so that he and his partners can buy from the bottom. Then, on Sunday evening, hours before the opening of the global markets, he issues another statement saying that an agreement has been reached. The markets rise so they sell at the peak.
