$ZEC Watch a big bro’s position—makes my spine go cold.

On Hyperliquid, someone opened a long position of 8,065 ZEC. The floating loss is already $379,000, and they’re still stubbornly not cutting it. 8,065 ZEC—what does that even mean? At around $1,400 per coin, that’s a multi-million-dollar exposure sitting on the table: they’re propping up a huge unrealized hole with sheer grit.

What are they chasing? I guess they’re betting it won’t go back down. If they cut, they truly realize the loss; if they hold, there’s still a little hope. There are a ton of people like this in crypto—everyone thinks they can wait it out because they’ve won before.

But ZEC has been falling since that late-September peak. It’s already down about 21%. Over at Grayscale, the ETF is still seeing net outflows of $30 million. Money is moving out—no one’s stepping in to carry it on their shoulders.

Let’s put it this way: the kind of movement that position would “sneeze” through is enough for me to eat instant noodles for half a year. Just look at this situation for entertainment—don’t get emotionally involved, and definitely don’t follow the playbook. I only saw it and had a laugh. I’m not participating in this hype. $ZEC
