Around 80.54k last night, $BTC has now returned to about 83.6k; that pump candle basically gave it all back.
The support at 85.1k–85.3k that I wrote about yesterday didn’t hold. The hourly close has also fallen back below 84k, so the earlier call for short-term strength is withdrawn. The 4-hour chart is still within the range. The 15-minute timeframe just had a rebound—first, we’ll see whether the hourly chart can regain and hold above 84k. Until it’s reclaimed, don’t treat this rebound as a breakout recovery.
