Bitcoin rose 1.46% to 84.4k, and the broader market turned stronger. Today, capital is concentrated on two lines: one is AI and the other is DeFi. Based on liquidity-weighted capital allocation, I picked three.

AAVE is up 3.7%, with trading volume of 33 million and liquidity expanding by 1.3x. Its catalyst is still the strongest: the Aavenomics 3.0 proposal includes automatic buybacks and token burns, and V4 also brings tokenized stocks in as collateral. Buybacks and token burns directly change supply and demand—more solid than any headline. The price is also not far from the 10-day high.

WLD is up 6.7%, with trading volume of 84.3 million—the largest among the three. Today’s AI sector’s share of gains rose from 0 yesterday to 78%, making it the widest and strongest direction across the board. WLD is the leader within it. Its fundamentals have long been debated, but in the short term, sector resonance plus increasing volume is the most direct signal.

ENA is up 12.8%, with trading volume of 102 million and liquidity expanding by 1.5x—the biggest gain. Ethena builds synthetic dollars. It had been moving sideways for the prior three days, then suddenly surged on heavy volume—classic breakout behavior. The downside is that it has only just started and hasn’t fully held its ground yet, so it needs another day of confirmation.

My take is very straightforward: AI is the cleanest direction today; WLD is the flag-bearer with the best upside. AAVE has the hardest logic and is suitable for holding steady. ENA has the best position but needs the most confirmation. The broader market has just turned stronger—don’t rush to go all-in at once.
