🇺🇸 U.S. MACRO DATA JUST SENT A COOLING SIGNAL.
Inflation came in softer than expected, with PCE at 3.4% YoY vs. 3.7% forecast. Core PCE also surprised slightly to the downside.
The labor market is showing signs of cooling as well:
📉 JOLTS Job Openings: 7.079M
📊 Expected: 7.230M
⬇️ Previous: 7.335M
So we’re seeing a combination of slower inflation + weaker labor demand.
That could give the Fed more flexibility on future rate decisions, reducing pressure for additional tightening.
For risk assets, including $BTC and crypto, this is an important macro development to watch. 👀
