🚨 THIS TIME, THERE IS A SHORTAGE OF CASH FLOW FROM CRYPTO COMPANIES
In the uptrend before, the group of companies that build crypto treasuries contributed a very large amount of capital—averaging more than $5B/month, with some months reaching up to $12B.
Currently, even though BTC has risen by more than 35%, the capital inflow from this group is at a record low, totaling less than $2.5B in 4 months.
Meanwhile, the brightest cash flow right now still comes from ETFs, with nearly $2.4B being pulled into them just over the past week.
Personal view:
I think this is a fairly notable point when assessing the quality of the current rally.
BTC is still climbing strongly despite lacking a demand source that played an important role in the previous cycle, suggesting that ETFs are becoming a more and more significant source of capital.
However, if cash flow from crypto holding companies returns alongside ETFs, market demand could change dramatically.
So I will continue monitoring ETF flows and BTC-buying activity by these companies to judge whether the current trend is being reinforced.
