Alcoholic products in Russia may become more expensive amid the planned increase in excise taxes. According to these plans, in 2027 the excise duty rate on beer will rise by 6%, and on wine by 6.8%. By 2029, the excise duty on beer will be 37 rubles per liter, and on sparkling wines — 184 rubles per liter.
