Binance now offers two different ways to gain exposure to the U.S. stock market: direct stocks and tokenized bStocks.
In the direct stocks segment, you have access to over 7,000 U.S. stocks and ETFs. Trading takes place in a 24/5 format, meaning within the traditional stock exchange hours.
Settlements may be supported using various assets, including USDC, USDT, USD1, and BNB.
bStocks work differently:
đš trade 24/7;
đš can be withdrawn to a compatible BNB Smart Chain wallet;
đš can be used in specific DeFi scenarios;
đš have collateral backed by the underlying securities on a 1:1 basis;
đš but do not provide the usual rights of a direct shareholder, such as voting rights.
So this is not a question of âwhatâs better.â
A direct stock and #bstock are different structures for different use cases.
If shareholder rights matter to youâthis is one scenario.
If 24/7 trading, blockchain infrastructure, and the ability to withdraw a token matterâthen thatâs another.
Which format is closer to you?
