Day 1|I’ll start documenting what I’ve been messing with in Crypto

Truth is, I’m not very good at trading.

I don’t trade perpetual contracts, and my trading frequency is pretty low—sometimes I go a whole month with only a handful of trades.

But lately, the time I spend on Crypto has actually been increasing.

Mostly I’ve been researching DeFi, airdrops, and all sorts of on-chain yield opportunities.

One thing I’ve found that’s pretty interesting:

In this space, you don’t necessarily have to stare at the charts every day and guess price movements to make money.

Sometimes the incentive mechanism of a protocol, a new project’s points rules, or even an on-chain opportunity that lots of people overlook is worth the time to study.

Of course, there are plenty of traps too.

APR looks very high, but in the end you may not make much;
Spend a few months grinding on a project and still end up with nothing;
And some opportunities, once you factor in Gas, capital lock-up, and time cost, are actually not worth it at all.

So starting today, I’m going to keep a record.

What I actually participated in, why I joined, what my costs were, and what the final results were—I’ll try to be as real and honest as possible.

No signal-passing, and I’m not teaching people how to open perpetual contracts.

Just think of it as publicly documenting my research process and making notes.

Day 1 / 100

So right now, are you mostly doing DeFi, or farming airdrops?
