The animal kingdom is starting to celebrate too 🌕
The Guangzhou Zoo has turned straight into “Moonlit Animal City”: a hippo family of three generations all together, and two little ones of the same class but different generations stick together every day; the giraffe family welcomed a new baby this year, with mini/pro/max available in full sizes; and the flamingo family has even kept a “hidden version”—a little white chick—completely different in style from its vibrant parents.
The most amazing part is the enrichment feast prepared by the keepers: giant pandas carry lanterns in search of treats, and the Sulcata tortoises just go straight to eating specially made mooncakes—living more thoughtfully than humans.
If you haven’t decided where to go for the double holiday yet, the zoo’s moon is already in place.
