This Mid-Autumn Festival event really has something 😂
In Jiaxing’s Xinchen Old Street, they turned the square into a retro classroom. Desks were lined with KFC and mooncakes—so they directly held a “Mid-Autumn Sneak-Eating Competition.”
The rules are simple and rough: staff dress up as the homeroom teacher. Contestants can only sneak bites while he turns his back to write on the board. If they get caught red-handed when he turns back, they have to stop. Three times of being caught means instant elimination.
The skill you developed back in school of hiding snacks in the desk cubby finally came in handy this time.
