The Yunqi Conference from September 22 to 24 had a lot of information. I distilled three lines that ordinary people can understand, but the core really comes down to one sentence: domestic replacement has moved from storytelling into the delivery phase.

Alibaba set the tone with the theme of Agentic AI, making Agents the core. The consensus among major companies is clear: "Free models, Agents make money." T-Head also made an entrance with a full-stack chip, flexing its muscles; a J.P. Morgan report predicts that by 2027, the share of ASIC/XPU shipments will exceed 54%. Xiaomi MiMo-V2.6 has also been open-sourced: a full-modal flagship with efficient reasoning—major companies are using open source to build an ecosystem.

For individual retail investors, the localization of AI compute power (chips, optical modules, storage) and related domestic orders may be the most certain incremental growth over the next two years. Don’t just watch the excitement of model release conferences. Not investment advice.
