The 10-year U.S. Treasury yield is around 5.12% right now, having touched about 5.14% intraday—roughly the highest since July 2007. The 30-year yield is about 5.42%, at one point touching around 5.44%, before coming back to the level seen around 2004.

The Plaza tag is basically covering these two points. The market-implied probability of another 25-basis-point hike in October has already been raised to around 75%, up from about half a week ago.

Rates are firm, but risk assets are soft. As for altcoins, I’m not in a rush to jump in—I’ll first see whether Treasury yields can pull back from this recent high. If they can’t, I’ll continue to watch with a light position. That’s just my personal view—your position is always up to you.
