Binance announcement: As of 2026-09-23 12:00 UTC (around 20:00 East Eight time), full-margin leverage, Unified Account, and Unified Account Pro may treat these three as eligible collateral, and the corresponding trading pairs will open leverage synchronously. At the moment, they are only supported as collateral and do not support borrowing; only VIP 3 and above in the approved regions can use them.
