The core logic of how I play the lottery is simple: follow the lead (the house).
Only when the market makers have real money—real cash—to buy, do they have a real chance to use real cash to pull the market.
If there’s money, there’s the people; if there are people, there are returns.
It mainly breaks down into 3 sections:
1. Pull contracts open interest for the whole Alpha section (priced in U), and at the same time retrieve that coin’s circulating market cap. Take the Top 20.
2. Fetch spot data, remove RWA (stock-type assets), and also remove the top 10 by market cap (BTC, ETH, etc.). Right now everything is going up; what we’re looking for isn’t just “going up,” but “going up the most.” So we exclude big market-cap coins like BTC and ETH.
3. Compare contract open-interest market cap / circulating market cap. Rank by the ratio and take the Top 20.
So, it’s: contract open-interest market cap divided by circulating market cap.
If the circulating market cap isn’t much higher than the contract open-interest, then it’s definitely because there’s a house in it.
